Changes to my study program
Hello everybody! Today I’m going to talk about changes to my study program Well, I’m studying sociology at University of Chile. When I started the career we had a different study program than people who started this year. This is because the career has had a process of discussion and reflection about the profile of graduation and the study program. The result of this process is the new study program at 2016. When I saw it I was agree with it, because the previous program had many problems and it was too incoherence. Although this change, I think that are necessary more subjects about statistics and more practical subjects. The previous study program neither had these characteristics, but I believe are very important, because many jobs in sociology need this kind of knowledge and we are week in this area.
